That would be probably written as cs čš rather than cc čč. Polish has such clusters, e.g. the word trzy 'three' is pronounced /tšɨ/ in standard language but colloquially it often becomes /čšɨ/. Sorry for not using IPA, but IPA sucks with affricates.
