If a Belyun was visited by a pair of Jehovah's witnesses they would most likely presume they were either spys or government agents attempting to survey them or test...

My favorite Beljun world is definitely Oczsik, a very harsh swear word, and Kilrig, which simply means not many.

it's funny Qhassariya sounds like what I was aiming for a while back when I tried making a language called Fashep, unfortunately my knowledge of phonology was awful then so it just sounded like butchered English + Arabic

Dashau is mainly populated by humans 65% but other races play a key role, Beljuns mainly, my main conrace. Dashau has three continents with varying climates, two have s...

Re: Are your main conpeople human or of a different species?

My Conworld is mostly human (60-65%) but the race I conlang for right now is a different species entirely.
Beljuns, militaristic bat humanoids with early second world war technology technology, their culture is like Nazi Germany, and the Soviet Union, except with a Monarchy.

Re: What Does Your Conlang Sound Like?

Sounds like English. Or, maybe, Russian with a heavy English (or maybe I mean American?) accent. The vowels are relatively close to English, a/i/I/ʊ/o/ɛ/u and I am Canadian, my intonation must be affecting the recording quite a bit. I'm still surprised that it sounds English though, most people say...
