Borrowed one of the paleo-hispanic alphabets("Tartessian") and made a grammar out of it. The result is pretty cool. Maybe it's all in my head but I think it looks more real then when I sit down and put something together out of the blue. Initial stress and should be spoken fairly monotonou...

Maybe because the fricative inventory was more expansive in the past but then suffered a number of mergers?

Lose the voiced/unvoiced stop distinction then. Small changes can make great stuff.

Remove both the bilabial stops or both the nasals and remove one of the inter-dental fricatives.

I think I found a way to quickly emulate the development of a real language, it still needs some more thinking but I think I know where I am heading.

It's a bit anglophonic to use "ah" here. Onomatopea of this type isn't really used in Swedish so "aha" would be better.
