edit It's funny but the first few words made me think of Udmurt so I started to read the phrase like it was a Finnish sentence and then I hit mekøtkejŋi and it dawned on me that it might be either of the Yukaghir languages as they are postulated to be related.

Made a pseudo-Merkit language, Pəmənlə.
