The glottal stop as a clear favourite for me.

My favourite aspect of language is case and morphosyntactical alignment. I also like gender/noun classes. I don't see why gender should be more difficult to learn than other lexical aspects of a language. I like word order, too. I don't really know if I have any "least favourite" or hated ...
