DnD? People actually play that I thought it was a joke or something. :-o Not really I just expected everyone here to play it no offense it just comes with the stereotype. It's funny I thought it was something to achieve.

I vote that our law be based on Kantian ideas, maybe a little Objectivism, ooh and some Nietzsche. There must be Lovecraftian monsters. All things are permitted, but some things are punished severely. Theft is okay, but Fraud is punishable by Cosmic Vitiation (like being banned and spat at, twice).

I will compose hymns to the Dark Gods we serve, the Mumblers and the Inventors of Nonsense. They invented us, and so in turn we invent them (and other things). Fact and Fiction are our two sacraments; Fact informs our minds, Fiction twists our hearts. One without the other is vile, and together they make beautiful Nonsense fit for our Dark Masters.

A definition is not a substitute for understanding outside of mathematics. Religions exist because those who practice them believe it to benefit them in some way. Whether a politician starts going to church on sundays to win over voters, or someone sacrifices a lamb to bring a good harvest that year. People don't just make up religions and start seriously following them because they sound cool.

I wasn'y going to start following it. And I know what Christianity is and how it works on the most fundamental level. I practice and believe, that is what matters to me(it's kind of hard not to).

The PCK's intro to (con)religion is pretty good I must say, partly because it explains why that dictionary definition is quite insufficient with regards to conreligion.

I'm still debating over buying the PCK. I know it's only 15 bucks but I'm incredibly cheap.

I'm reluctant after reading a few unfavorable reviews of the LCK book. And I've read a few of Zompist's political rantings. If he applied this thinking to his "conworlding tips" then they won't be very useful.
