What do you mean? I presume you mean learning "grammar" in the layperson's sense, which is internalising the arbitrary and artificial prescriptivist impositions on English, in which case you're on the wrong forum completely. Otherwise please say what you mean.

I'm not sure if this is quite what you are looking for, but http://www.zompist.com/kitgram.html has many factors to consider when developing a grammar for you conlang (and by extension, describes what different real world languages do).
