Óhxiixama

December 8th (0:00 am!)

onarawabín – to be what amount? to be how many?

Related to other words ending on -bín which also have to do with amounts.

A shortened form onshbín is also commonly used:

onshbín únuusuta? - how many houses are there? (very very tentative)

I like this cause it creates an opportunity to make up other numeral-related words for Lexember later on.

By the way, DesEsseintes, c'mon man, where are your words? I need something to steal!
Edit: Changed the word

Never done Lexemeber before. Also haven't updated Odki since I lost Excel. But I've been wanting to continue to expand its lexicon, so here we go. Suppose I ought to do seven words today to catch up (in all fairness, I had 4 already mostly done). I may also start on some other languages of mine (one needs an entire lexicon after I disbanded it).

December 7th

Odki

I know I'm two hours early for day 8, but I just need to steal this:
Odkidstr wrote:N

See, how I would Sawaanize this word would be Litonga-which happens to contain "Tonga" the Sawaan word for "canoe", so I guess Li- could be a verbalazation prefix meaning "to use X"
Thus Day 8:
Litonga
"To sail"

Dec 8th - Odki

Tteki - Ignore v
[ʈe.ki]

Incidentally, Ttekido sing & Tekido laugh are very similar, so perhaps that means something? I might switch sing and laugh in my lexicon, that way "ignore" is essentially a shortened version of "laugh." I'm thinking maybe it developed by means of "laughing someone off."
