Why?
Because I finished translating the parts from this_is_an_account, and now it's Davush's turn [:D]
Wow! That was fast!
Your post sounded a little like you wanted to drop out. I'm relieved to hear you didn't [:)]

Torch passed to DesEsseintes!

Sorry this took so long - the real world kept getting in the way. [:S]
Edit: Substituted a string instrument for a French interjection.

Torch received!

Alál looks delicious. This was expected.
Edit: Just a heads up that I’m already running 24 hours late as I hadn’t copied the torch when the forum went down. However, I’ve already translated the Alál text, am waiting on some clarifications from Kiwi, and expect to start translating into Limestone tomorrow.

Torch passed to Znex! Sorry that took a little longer than I expected. Technical difficulties you see.

Hi Everyone,

I’d like to apologise for the delay. I’ve been down with a stubborn flu, but I am working on the torch when I can. I hope to have it done and passed on in the next few days.

Hello!

As this relay game draws to a close, the final step before publishing the results is translating the last participant from each ring's text back into English. I would normally be tasked with this, being the first participant of the relay, but I believe that I'm not going to have the time for that.
That said, I'm looking for volunteers to translate Znex's and DesEsseintes' texts back to English once they both have sent me the relay torch.

I’ll be off from school next week, so I’d be willing to help, if need be.

I’ve sent my translation of Alál → English to Click and dropped out. I have too many creative issues with Limestone, and I realised that it was a mistake to try and rush it through a relay.

My apologies for having held up the relay.

Don't want to be that guy again, but what's the problem right now? I feel like the relay should be finished by now shouldn't it?

Could the first ring be considered done, with DesEsseintes' translation of Alál to English?

As I said above, I'd be willing to translate from Hawntow back into English if need be, since I'll be free until Friday.

I think the first ring is complete as much as it can be now, unless someone wants to add a different language.

I have forwarded Znex's torch to shimobaatar, who will translate it to English and thus complete the relay game.

I just sent my English translation of the Hawntow text to Click. I'm not sure how well/accurately I translated it, but oh well!

Click, if you don't have the time to provide the final results for some reason, just send everything to me, I'm free tomorrow.
