I sketched some shitty symbol for the medical guild in my fantasy-conworld, Úrageard.
Nothing special.

Not gonna lie, I had to look up both terms to see what you were talking about. Really cool!
Heh, i had to double-check 'katar' but I was reasonably certain I had it right in my mental image. (I did.)

I think you misunderstood: I haven't made the script yet, I've merely formulated the principles that I'll use in making it.

I didn't misunderstand... I'm just super anxious to see any conscript. Especially those with an interesting premise. [:)]

I translated and wrote one (1) sentence in HyPry's actual, proper ceremonial sun-form writing system. 'Twas for a translation thing here. I rarely bother to write out the script form of anything I translate for those, and as I'm still in the midst of figuring out glyphs it was somewhat of an endeavor. It turned out rather aesthetically pleasing:

Mrärgo dom hëls ma twö rä, to, gub dhajm rë, agr.
The heretics have burned down our hall of worship.

Edit: It's two in the morning and instead of sleeping, I'm dabbling with version 1 of the thread-form script, which is linear:

Have a non-cursive form, perfect for scratching into the walls of mysterious, ancient caves:

Edit: Substituted a string instrument for a French interjection.

These are all absolutely beautiful! Coming back after a few months, my neography skills seem to have gone out the window, so I've been really struggling to get anything I like recently. I should have something presentable soon though.

Thank you all! It's been a while since I worked on a proper conscript (Undercommon doesn't have one), so it's nice to get back into it.
Egerius wrote: 17 Nov 2017 12:55This reminds me of circular Gallifreyan.
Though the language has long since diverged entirely from its origins in the mind of my highschool-aged, newly-a-science-fiction-fanatic previous self, HyPry v3 remains at its heart a spiritual successor to HyPry v1, which was explicitly designed (in all its horrible, kitchen-sink-nightmare glory) to be exactly that. The name was originally short for Prydonian High Gallifreyan. It's not intended as that anymore (for the most part), but the writing system remains (though it's grown somewhat more rounded and a bit less clockwork-like than its inspiration - I've been specifically avoiding hexagons and numerous concentric circles).

Today I didn't do much in the way of conlanging, but conscripting is well underway. Been taking a break from coming up with more sun-form scripts to figure out the thread-form versions of the ones I already have; there's going to end up being a system of phonological diacritics, I think, to help distinguish glyphs that become too similar when collapsed into a series of cursive curlicues. This in turn may lend itself well to a simple alphabet, potentially used to teach new learners or to transcribe foreign words.
Edit: Substituted a string instrument for a French interjection.

Today I realised that I do want a glottal stop in Limestone. And I’ve no idea why I didn’t want one before. Except I do actually: one of my noob peeves used to be glottal stops in coda before other stops. Ah, the idiocy of youth!

After a significant period with out much work on Shonkasika (too much going with my job and other life), I have added an additional adjective class to the language. It is a basically a catch-all for adjectives that don't inflect for all six genders present in the conlang:
