The other Northern Germanic languages (and at least Dutch and German) and English to some extent (you are > are you?, and of course you do > do you? in itself) do the same. Seems Germanic languages (with English always being the alien) tend do agree here.

Swedish doesn't need to use any verb indicating the journey itself. "Want you home?" is fine.
