* Put emphasis on this word in speech.
That works well in speech if you emphasise 'osten' but in written form without any indication such as italics, it sounds more like 'the cheese is a bonus, by the way', kind of like you're explaining it somebody who wasn't aware of this fact. The best is probabaly this:
Dess( )utom är osten en bonus.
Virtually everybody would write "dessutom" together, but I personally find it ludicrous...
