I don't think this has ever come up before, at least not as far as I can remember, so there's no specific rule about it. In my opinion, the number one "rule" of this game is that whatever you post is open to interpretation by other players. In this instance, I assumed that the presence of <ai> twice was an accident. I personally find it less fun when there are additional stipulations, so to speak, but that's just me.
